Today's Be the “I” in Kind campaign’s focus is being kind to your family. Your family can email Mrs. Parnell about how you’ve shown kindness to them for one ticket. Do something without being asked, ask about their day, use more than one word to describe your day when they ask. Turn in your tickets to the boxes in the office, counseling office, or on the stage at lunch.
The Boys Soccer A-Team defeated Small Middle School last Saturday 11-0. Scoring was led by Lennon B with a hat trick, Jeremiah S with 2 goals, Andrew C with 1 goal, Ian R with 1 goal, Chase D with 1 goal, Jack A with 1 goal, Sebastian V with 1 goal, and Austin D with 1 goal. Our next match is this Saturday here at home versus Lamar Middle School. A-Team kicks off at 9 AM and B-Team kicks off at 10:30. We hope to see you there!
Glee students are reminded to come to rehearsal today in the choir room at 3:50 to 4:30pm.
Gorzycki Safe Space, Gorzycki's GSA club, is meeting this Thursday after school in room 615. Gorzycki Safe Space is a club for LGBTQ+ students and allies. We discuss issues that effect our community, share our stories, and hang out! Gorzycki Safe Space is open to everyone regardless of how they identify. Writing Club is this week! Come to room 706 after school on Wednesday to spend time writing, sharing your writing, and hanging out with other writers. Please make sure you have a ride home promptly at 5pm. See you there!
