Listen up Tigers; here are your announcements for the day. 

The 7th grade A football team kicked off their season with a dominant performance defeating the Simon Wolverines by a score of 51-0. The offense was led by Jeremiah Y who scored 3 touchdowns. Towns M and Cruz M also had big games. Connor H led the way on defense including a fumble recovery for a touchdown. The Tigers are back in action on Tuesday against West Ridge at Birger Stadium. 

7th and 8th graders, got what it takes to be a gamer? Interested in trying out for one of Gorzycki's esports teams this semester? See Mr. Martin room 806 or Mr. Balter in room 803 for detailed information. 

Dungeons and Dragons club is returning to Gorzycki! Do you enjoy fantasy, like Lord of the Rings, Harry Potter, and How to Train Your Dragon? Do you enjoy talking and working through riddles, puzzles, and games with your friends? If you do, Dungeons and Dragons might be the game for you! D&D Club is open for all students, new and experienced to D&D alike, and meets next Monday in the library. Make sure to stop by Mr. Chien’s room 604 by the end of the week to pick up a permission slip to join. 

Attention 6th Graders....don't forget to buy your Glow Dance Ticket this week. You can purchase your Ticket online through the GMS Webstore through Wednesday...or in person during A lunch on Thursday and Friday. The Glow Dance is this Friday from 4:00-5:30! Don't Miss out!! Wristband pick-up will be during A lunch on Thursday and Friday!!
