Listen up Tigers; Here are your announcements for today. 

Tryouts for next year's Quiz Bowl class will be held next week, after school from 4:00 pm to 5:00 pm on Monday, January 13th, Wednesday, January 15th and Thursday, January 16th. Tryouts are open to all current 6th and 7th-grade students. To sign up for tryouts or get more information, please email or come see Coach Murray in room 708. 

The first Crochet & Craft Club meeting is next Monday from 4:00 to 5:15. Stop by room 718 to see Mrs. O'Brien for more information. Permission forms must be turned in by Friday! 

Attention all students: FCA, the Fellowship of Christian Athletes, will hold our next Huddle this Friday after school. This week we will have a special guest speaker! Huddles will be every Friday after school, unless noted otherwise, in room 814 from 3:55-4:25. Those attending need to arrange a ride to pick them up in the front of the school at 4:30. Come join us for fellowship, food, and fun. Remember, FCA is not just for athletes. All are welcome! 

Hey Tigers! Do you have a hidden talent? Gnasher News is looking for a few students AND staff members to share their hidden talents on our upcoming episode. Can you juggle, solve a rubix cube, do karate, beat box, or play an unusual instrument? If you want to share your hidden talent with us please email Mrs. Zimmerman at leslie.zimmerman@austinisd.org Be sure to tell us who you are, what's your talent, and who your 1st period teacher is.
