Two GMS eSports teams competed against William Adams Middle School in Alice, Texas on Monday in a best of 3 match of Fortnite. Team 1, led by Dex W. and Aiden S., came up with a clutch 2-1 victory. Team 2, led by Jude A. and Heath D., came up short one point. Huge shoutout to these students for representing GMS across the state of Texas!
Attention all dungeons and dragons club members: there will be no Dungeons and Dragons club meeting this week. Again, there is no meeting this Thursday. D&D Club meetings will resume next week.
Ideas on Being the I in Kind today: At home, do something without being asked, ask about your grown-up’s day, use more than one word to describe your day when they ask. Turn in your tickets to the boxes in the office, library, or on the stage.

Hey Tigers! The yearbook is almost done, and we need your help! Student portraits have been posted in each hallway. Make sure you stop by and check to make sure your picture is correct and that your name is spelled correctly! If you see a mistake, fill out the form attached to the portraits and turn it in to Ms. Sindt in room 508. You must turn in your own form - do not send it with a friend! All change forms are due by Friday, Feb. 17.
