Hey Tigers, do you want to see what happens when students don't Stick to the Status Quo and dare to try new things? Come see the Theatre Department's production of High School Musical Jr! Tickets start at 5 dollars and can be purchased online. Please see Ms. González in room 512 for more info.
Attention all students: FCA, the Fellowship of Christian Athletes, will hold our next Huddle this Friday after school. Huddles will be every Friday after school, unless noted otherwise, in room 814 from 3:55-4:25. Those attending need to arrange a ride to pick them up in the front of the school at 4:30. Come join us for fellowship, food, and fun. Remember, FCA is not just for athletes. All are welcome!

It's March Madness time! But not basketball...it's the March Madness Tournament of Books! The library student aides have each selected one of their favorite books to go head to head for the title of GMS Book of the Year, and now we need your help! Vote each week for your favorites - or if you don't have one, pick the one you think you would like to read. Weekly voting ends on Thursdays, and each round's winners will be posted on the bulletin board bracket located outside of the Library on Friday afternoons. Go to the Library BLEND page to vote!
The 8th Grade A Basketball team won the championship by defeating the O Henry Mustangs by a score of 69-50. The win capped an undefeated season with a record of 15-0 and a perfect 2 year record of 29-0.
Also a big shout out to all the students who showed up to show their support! Congratulations to all team members!
Congratulations to the girls soccer team for winning the city championship last night. The girls dominated the game and came away with a 3 to 0 win. Scoring the championship goals were 8th graders Emma T and Emma B, and 7th grader Ava J. Members of the 2024 championship team were 8th graders Zoey L, Hannah R, Anna Y, Emma T, Ava A, Emma B, Kaya A, Once F, Ruby B, Sam H, and Amalie S. 7th grade members were Riley F, Chloe S, Carly M, Mia M, Alice V, Madison C, Lily M, Ava J, Genevieve M, and Ivy M.
