Attention all students, Tiger Day is this Friday and it’s going to be a BLAST! Don’t forget to purchase your Tiger Day wristbands online now through March 6th , details are on the front page of the GMS website. Or if you prefer, you may also buy wristbands during your lunch time for only $25.00 starting tomorrow. Have you already purchased your writstband online? If so, you can pick it up tomorrow through March 7th during your lunch time in the commons.
On Saturday GMS students competed in the District-wide Academic UIL competition at Travis High School. GMS students won 8 awards overall. In Social Studies Adithya S. finished first, Shaoyu W. finished 2nd and Advika R. finished 3rd. In Ready Writing Shaoyu W. finished 2nd. In Spelling Journey G. finished 3rd and Leighton O. finished 7th. And in Number Sense Matt L. finished 4th and Isha P finished 7th. Great Job students and thank you for all your hard work!
Attention all current NJHS members.... We will have our next meeting this Wednesday, March 6th after school in the cafeteria. Please come help complete our service project and assemble all the fully stocked backpacks from the school supplies drive. Be sure to have your ride pick you up at 5pm in the front. See you there!
