Listen up Tigers; here are your announcements for the day.

Today is a B Day that means you will have 5th—8th period today. Once again, today is a Bday.

Students if you are observing Ramadan you may go to the library.

Students in Grace Notes are reminded they are required to report to the choir room today during Excel for a special rehearsal for UIL.

Students in Tiger Tones & Grace Notes are reminded to wear their choir t-shirts & blue jeans, to leave all of their belongings in their lockers, & report directly to the choir room when school starts on Friday to go to the Pre-UIL Choral Festival.

Attention FCA students: There will be NO FCA this week. Please plan on going home your normal way on Friday. Again, NO FCA this week. We will resume when Coach Houser returns.

Students, look through the lost and found by the gym, it’s full of lost things. All unclaimed items will be donated to a local charity next Friday. Also, did you lose your ID badge during Tiger Day? Come to the office, we probably have it in the pile of badges that were turned in.

Attention all Capital 10k runners. The next Cap10 practice will be held this Friday morning before school. Meet at the track at 6:45. If you have any questions please see Coach Sindt in room 808

Tigers - did you know that this week is AISD Pride Week? Every year, to honor the experiences and contributions of LGBTQIA+ students, staff and families, Austin ISD hosts its own Pride Week. This is a time to highlight the district's commitment to creating a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment. To celebrate, all students are encouraged to show their support and AISD Pride this Friday, the 24th, by wearing rainbow and pride attire for our AISD Pride Spirit Day.

7th grade students, please check your student email for an email from Ms. Ryan regarding NJHS. If you received an email, you will also see your name listed on the tv screens in the commons and cafeteria. These students are eligible to apply for the National Junior Honors Society. The National Junior Honor Society (NJHS) elevates a school’s commitment to the values of scholarship, service, leadership, character, and citizenship and helps middle-level students develop the knowledge and skills to become well-rounded student leaders in their school, community, and beyond. If you see your name on the list, and have an email in your inbox, please get an application from the Counseling Office or Library and follow all directions. Applications are due by Friday, March 31st.

If you like all things fantasy and fun, join us for our Fairytale Drama Club! Come to the Cafeteria tomorrow, March 24th from 4:00 to 5:00. Be sure to invite your friends for lots of theatre games! We hope to see you there for a magical time!

Students may drop off their clubs before school on Friday morning with Coach Fourmy in the boys coaches office, or meet their parents after school to have their clubs dropped off by the tennis courts after the busses depart at 4pm. If you have not signed up yet to tryout its not too late.
