Listen up Tigers; here are your announcements for the day.
The 8th grade A football team improved to 2-0 with a dominating 37-0 win over the Paredes Pumas. Devin L accounted for 4 touchdowns, throwing for 3 and running for another. Hunter W, Rollie B and Liam B all caught scores while Liam also ran one in. Isaiah L and and Nate M did a great job kicking all night while the defense completely dominated! Come out and see the Tigers on Monday night at Burger Stadium against the Bailey Bears.
Attention all NJHS members. Our first meeting will be Wednesday, September 20th after school in the cafeteria. If you are interested in running for office please check the BLEND course for more information. Snacks will be provided for all attendees. Please make sure your ride is out front to pick you up promptly at 5pm.
Calling all 6th graders! You presence is requested at the 6th grade social this Friday, September 15th. The social will be right after school from 3:50pm to 5:30pm in the cafeteria & commons. Forget to buy a ticket? No problem. Tickets can still be purchased tomorrow during your lunchtime in the commons.
Attention all students: FCA, the Fellowship of Christian Athletes, is searching for Huddle Leaders to lead our meetings. The Fellowship of Christian Athletes meets most every Friday after school to share faith, fellowship, food, and fun. If you are interested in being an FCA Leader, either email or come see Coach Houser in room 814. Remember, FCA is not just for athletes, all are welcome!
Hey Tigers! Have you noticed the bookmarks in the library are running low? Are you an artistic person and/or an avid reader? The GMS Library is having a Fall Bookmark Contest. If you're interested in participating, stop by the library for an entry form and more information.
Students, do NOT leave your backpack or Chromebook outside of your locker or in the lost and found, It will be confiscated. Please learn to use your lockers.
