Listen up Tigers; here are your announcements for the day.
7th and 8th grade boys interested in trying out for basketball must sign up and have all paperwork turned in by tomorrow, November 8th. 8th grade will tryout immediately after school until 5:30 on November 9th and 10th. 7th grade will tryout before school on November 10th and 17th. If you have any questions, see Coach Neary.
This past Saturday, members of the Gorzycki Band participated in region band auditions at Covington Middle School. They competed against the top band students from Austin ISD, Dripping Springs, Hays, and Del Valle, and we are happy to announce that 24 of our students made a region band! A special congratulations goes out to 8th grader Ryan Z who placed first chair in the flute room and 8th grader Logan C who placed first chair in the bass clarinet room. Way to go Tiger Band!
