2nd, 3rd, & 4th period choir students are reminded they will be rehearsing in the commons during choir classes today. Glee students will be required to report to the commons to rehearse for the concert at 6:00pm tonight. All other choir students will be required to report to the commons at 6:30pm tonight for the concert with their choir uniforms on. Students, faculty, and staff are welcome to come to the GMS Winter Choir Concert which will begin at 7:00pm tonight and will feature the Bowie High School Show Choir and a special guest soloist.

Attention 7th and 8th grade girls. If you haven't signed up for soccer try outs yet, please make sure you do so this week. The sign up link is located on the girls soccer page of the GMS website. If you have any questions, please see Coach Sindt in room 808

BRR! It's getting cold outside! Come join us in our Winter Wonderland Drama Club from 4 to 5 pm in the cafeteria. Make sure you have a parent here at 5 to pick you up. See you there!

Attention all students: FCA, the Fellowship of Christian Athletes, will hold their next Huddle this Friday from 3:55-4:25 in room 814. Those attending need to arrange a ride to pick you up in the front at 4:30. Come join us for fellowship and fun. Remember, FCA is not just for athletes, all are welcome!

Please give a big congratulations to the GMS 6th grade science club that competed at UT Austin on Tuesday for their fantastic display of knowledge! The GMS science club ended up winning 1st place, beating out 5 other schools! August W. and Christian R. won 4th in the building competition. Heath D. and Easton E. won 5th in physical and chemical changes competition and won 1st in the building competition. Logan C., Sydney P., and Bella E. won 1st in the trivia competition. Congrats to all!

Students please remember to bring your ID badge with you every day.  Here’s an idea, put your badge by your cell phone so that you don’t forget it or put it in your backpack at the end of the day. If you call your parent, asking them to bring your badge it will be your responsibility to check in the office for it, it will not be delivered to you.

Gorzycki Tigers will excel today, and lead tomorrow.
