Listen up Tigers; here are your announcements for the day.
Today is a C Day that means you will have 1st—8th period today. Once again, today is a C day and tomorrow will also be a C day.
The 7th grade A basketball team defeated Bailey last night in the championship game 66-23. They finished the season undefeated with a record of 11 and 0. Please congratulate the following team members on a fantastic season: Sam H., Livia H., Ruby B., Anna Y., Sydney F., Sydney A. Madison C., Elise W., Mollie S., Mya G., and Sofia F. Congrats Lady Tigers!
Choir students are supposed to be wearing their bright holiday colors, left all of their belongings in their lockers, & have reported to the gym at the beginning of 1st period today to perform for the GMS Fine Arts Winter Assembly.
Today is the GMS Fine Arts Winter Assembly. Students from band, choir, dance, orchestra, and theater will be performing holiday selections in the GMS gym to get everyone in the holiday spirit.8th grade will watch the performance during 2nd period.7th grade will watch during 3rd period. 6th grade will watch during 4th period. Students should report to their teacher FIRST to check roll, bring all of their belongings with them, & head to the gym with their class during the time slot they are supposed to attend the performance. Students will go directly to their next class period after each performance. Students watching the performances should remember to keep all devices and belongings put away. Students should also listen attentively without booing, yelling, whistling, stomping, or yelling. Teachers should sit with their classes to help actively monitor students during the performances.
Good morning! Gorzycki Safe Space is being held today after school in Ms. Clark's room (room 615) starting at 3:50. GSS is a student-led club that supports students that identify as LGBTQ+ or allies! Join us after school today for games, snacks, community, and fun! Be sure to have a ride ready to pick up out front at 4:30. See you there!
