Listen up Tigers; Here are your announcements for today. 

Attention all students: FCA, the Fellowship of Christian Athletes, will hold a Special Edition Christmas Huddle this Friday after school in room 814 from 3:55-4:25. You don't want to miss this Christmas Party! We will have food and drinks, play games, and sing together. Those attending need to arrange a ride to pick them up in the front of the school at 4:30. FCA students, tell your friends! Remember, FCA is not just for athletes. All are welcome!

Stop by Mrs. O'Brien's room to sign up for Crochet & Craft Club. You're not too young to start building wealth! Learn about stocks, mutual funds, ETFs, and play money games in Finance & Investing Club. See Mrs. O'Brien in room 718 to sign up. 

The 8th grade girls basketball team advanced to the championship with a 51-35 win against the Lamar Scotties. Kennedy C led the way with 25 points, including 5 from deep! Isaballa R scored 10 and Livia M added 8. The Tigers will play the undefeated O Henry Mustangs today at 7:00 at Burger. Come out and support the team! 

The 7th grade girls basketball team will be playing for the city championship today.  Come out and cheer on your fellow Tigers at 6pm at Burger Center.  Go Alexa, Elsie, Greer, Ryan, Anneli, Bela, Ellana, Mila, Gaby, Isabel, Vivian and Sadie. 

Well Tigers, our STEM Club attended the UT Competition on December 10th where GMS competed with other middle schools around the city.  While we didn't bring home the big trophy, we DID have some outstanding individual winners and A TON of FUN! Please congratulate these amazing students for their incredible wins! Maggie S., Juniper G., Hazel H. for their 4th place build AND Jacob M and Avia K for their 3rd place Trivia win. Congratulations Tigers!
