We're going to talk about stocks in Finance & Investing Club today. Finance & Investing Club meets today from 4 to 5:15 in Mrs. O'Brien's room 718. Don't forget your Chromebook! 

Student Council is recruiting! Are you a hardworking 6th grader looking for a leadership opportunity? Do you want to help make GMS a stronger, better community? Student Council is looking for dedicated incoming 7th graders who are ready to lead and make a difference! If you're interested in joining STUCO, pick up an application in Room 604 and return it today. Don’t miss this chance to serve, lead, and leave your mark on GMS! 

It's time for the GMS March Madness Tournament of Books! Which book will take home the title of GMS Book of the Year?  Go to the Library Blend page to vote for your favorites. The first round of voting ends this Friday, and the week's winners will be announced on the bulletin board outside the library. Be sure to vote! 

Did you know that Gorzycki has a Golf Team? The GMS Golf Team is open to all 7th and 8th grade boys and girls interested in competing in tournaments against other middle schools. Part 1 of the Tryout is this Friday, March 7th, after school until 5:30pm. Please see Coach Fourmy in the gym for more information and to sign up for tryouts. You must have a physical on file in order to tryout. 

Hey Tigers, have you gotten your tickets for the annual GMS musical yet? This year's production is Finding Nemo Jr., based on the hit Disney Pixar movie. Performances are March 7th, 8th, & 9th. See Ms. González or a theatre production student for ticket info.
