Our school celebration of empathy continues! Thanks to everyone who wore patriotic colors today! Tomorrow is Jersey day. Wear the jersey of your favorite team because we’re all a part of the same team! 

Don't let dips in the stock market stop you from investing! Don't miss the next Finance & Investing Club meeting today after school from 4:00 to 5:15 in Mrs. O'Brien's room 718. We'll cover mutual funds and ETFs. Don't forget to turn in a signed permission form if you haven't already. 

Gorzycki Quiz Bowl competed in the Texas State Championship tournament this Saturday in Houston. The tournament brings together the best teams from all around the state. The A-team made up of Connor E., Logan C., Heath D. and Milo L. had a great weekend, finishing second for all of Texas. Special congratulations goes to Milo L. who answered the final question of the tournament after two sudden death rounds to secure the second place finish for GMS. Both GMS’s A and B teams have also qualified for the National Championship tournament which they will compete in at the beginning of May in Chicago Illinois. Great Job Quiz Bowl!
