Wonder Wednesday 

Did you know that the average kid in America spends less than 7 minutes outside per day? Celebrate Earth Day by heading outdoors for hands-on learning. Whether it's sitting under a tree, hiking a trail, eating a meal outside, or planting a seed, connecting with nature enhances well-being and learning. Share your outdoor adventures on social media @AustinISDGreen using #AISDGreen. For more activities, visit the AISD Earth Week website. Don't forget the student Earth Week contests! Earth art submissions are due on Wednesday, April 30! See contest instructions on the Earth Week website under Food & Nature. 

Hey Tigers, it’s getting pretty hot outside, so come dive under the sea with us at the last drama club of the year from 4 to 5pm on April 25th. There will be games, candy, and so much fun. Everyone is welcome, but please make sure to fill out the drama club form located outside of room 512 and 327. Once again, that’s this Friday from 4-5pm. 

Attention all students: FCA, the Fellowship of Christian Athletes, will hold our next Huddle this Friday after school. Huddles will be every Friday after school, unless noted otherwise, in room 814 from 3:55-4:25. Those attending need to arrange a ride to pick them up in the front of the school at 4:30. Come join us for fellowship, food, and fun. Remember, FCA is not just for athletes. All are welcome! 

Bring your hooks and yarn and any other crafting supplies to the next Crochet & Craft Club meeting. It will be next Monday after school from 4:00 to 5:15 in Mrs. O'Brien's room 718. See you then!
