Hey, Hey Tigers. The STEM Club members took a field trip to the UT campus on Tuesday to compete against other 6th graders around the district in the UT mini stem competition. GMS students competed against 8 other schools in the area. And GMS won 2nd place over all the schools that participated! Sadly, we missed first place by 1 point, but we will take 2nd place!. Additionally, our team members won some individual awards. Our individual winners are: In the trivia category -4th place Arjun and Yohan, and 3rd place- Niam and Graham. In the build category-4th place was Nirain and Jeremy and in 2nd place Liza and Ayla. We are super proud of all our STEM club accomplishments this year! Way to go Tigers!
Attention all FCA students: There will be no FCA today. Please go home your normal way. We will resume next week. Again, no FCA today. Thank you.
