Today we’re celebrating Shonda Rhimes, the "Queen of Television" who changed the way we see the world on screen.  As the creator of hits like Grey’s Anatomy and Bridgerton, Rhimes became the first Black woman to create, and executive produce a top-10 network TV show. She is famous for "color-blind casting," ensuring that TV looks as diverse as the real world. She’s the only person to have three different shows reach over 100 episodes each.  Ms. Rhimes wrote a best-selling book about overcoming shyness by saying "yes" to new challenges.  The Lesson: Shonda says, "Dreams are lovely." But dreams are just dreams. It’s hard work that makes things happen." Go out and make it happen today!
