Listen up Tigers; Here are your announcements for today. 

Hey Tigers! The yearbook and Gnasher News TV staffs are starting to create the end-of-the-year 8th grade slideshow. We would love to include every 8th grader in the slideshow, but we need your help! From now until 4pm today, you OR your parents can submit pictures for this project. Scan the QR code on the Excel slide or on the posters in the hallways. The form for parents will be sent out to them directly. 

 Here are the rules for submitting photos: 

 You may only submit up to 2 photos 

 Your photos can be of you from your 6th, 7th, or 8th grade years at GMS 

 They can be solo shots or group shots 

 All students in the pictures must be in dress code 

 Absolutely NO hand signs of any kind 

 Photos will not be accepted after May 9 at 4 pm 

 No photos are guaranteed to be in the slideshow 

 REMEMBER: The deadline for submission is 4:00 on Friday, May 9!! 

The last Crochet & Craft Club meeting will be next Tuesday instead of the usual Monday meeting time. Bring your finished work and works in progress! Meet in Mrs. O'Brien's room 718 from 4:00 to 5:15. Again, the final meeting has been moved to Tuesday instead of Monday. 

Attention all students: FCA, the Fellowship of Christian Athletes, will hold our next Huddle today after school. This week, we have a special guest speaker from Bowie High School. Huddles are in room 814 from 3:55-4:25. Those attending need to arrange a ride to pick them up in the front of the school at 4:30. Come join us for fellowship, food, and fun. Remember, FCA is not just for athletes. All are welcome! 

Wednesday Open Gyms in May for: 6th grade girls-volleyball and basketball in the big gym, 7th-8th grade girls basketball in the small gym 4-5pm. Come work on your skills and go into the summer warmed up! 

Gorzycki tigers will Excel today and lead tomorrow; have a great rest of your day tigers!
